Rules and Regulations (Hotel):

  1. Payment is in Hong Kong dollars.  Breakfast is included as specified.
  2. To enjoy the special rates, reservations must be made through Conference Secretariat, International Conference Consultants Limited.  Credit card details are required by hotel to secure your reservation.
  3. Hotel reservations will be taken on a “first-come, first-served” basis and subject to room availability.  Conference Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels after 1 October 2016.  Therefore room availability and special rates for reservations made after that date cannot be guaranteed.
  4. The above hotel rates are only valid during the conference period for participants attending APCCRC 2016 Conference.  All bookings for days outside the conference period will be subject to availability.

    Cancellation on or before 1 October 2016 One-night room charge will be charged as cancellation fee.
    Cancellation, change or shortening period of stay after
    1 October 2016 or No Show    		 Full room charge of entire period of stay booked will be charged as cancellation fee.

  6. You have agreed to be bound by rules and regulations of hotel reservation once you submit the hotel booking request to Conference Secretariat.  All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservations should be addressed to Conference Secretariat (NOT directly to the hotel).
