Dr Li obtained his Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine at the University of Hong Kong in 2009. He became a Member of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2012 and Fellow of Hong Kong College of Physicians and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in 2016.
