Method of Payment

Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard
  • Alipay
  • Cheque in HKD (for local participants), payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd”
  • Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)

Letter of Invitation

On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or replacement of your registration should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat via email at info@apccrc.com.

On or before 20 September 2024

  • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation.
  • Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization.

After 20 September 2024
(including no-show in the Conference)
  • No refund for cancellation.
  • No replacement is allowed.

All refund will be processed after the Conference.

Rules and Regulations

  1. The decision of the Hong Kong College of Cardiology shall be final and conclusive.
  2. Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
  3. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please DO NOT send cash to the Secretariat.
  4. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at info@apccrc.com.
  5. The Conference Programme is subject to change without prior notice.  In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Conference Organizer is to refund all the fees paid.
  6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
